CRC-Caps
CRC Caps are prepared for six standard colors.The capsules are produced in six standard colours, in addition, we produce caps in customer specified colour. The caps are available with different inner parts specifically designed for different purposes.

CRC-Cap with bore seal
This is the standard cap of the CRC series. The inner part is cast with a bore seal which ensures a reliable and tight seal.
The cap has been tested at the Danish Technological Institute in accordance with DS / ISO 8317 demands on child resistant packaging. Furthermore it has withstood a drop test based on the UN requirements.
CRC-Cap with LPDE plug
This child resistant cap is fitted with a plug, which has an outlet that enables easy dosage of the contained liquid. There are two plug choices: a standard plug for high viscosity liquids or a plug with dosage valve for low viscosity liquids.
CRC-Cap with liner
This child resistant cap is fitted with either a plastic, aluminium or induction liner which can be used with most chemical products. The liner prevents the cap from corroding. The closure is also available with safe seal liner with lift & peel feature and venting liner.

CRC-Cap with PCO thread
Our CRC-Cap is available with PCO 1810 thread or the so-called “Softdrink neck”. This capsule is available in coarse and fine ribbed outer part, exclusively with a bore seal.
CRC-Cap with POM bore seal
The inner part of this capsule is produced in POM (polyoxymethylene), specially designed for aggressive chemicals. The cap is designed especially for metal cans. The cap is available in 2 sizes: ø25mm and ø38mm. The cap with ø25mm fits 250ml and 500ml cans and the cap with ø38mm fits 1000ml, 2500ml and 5000ml cans.
CRC-Cap med pitch 4,24
Denne CRC-Cap med konustætning er designet specielt til at passe på flaskerne fra det engelske firma Esterform. Stigningen på gevindet er 4,24. Den passer til følgende flaskestørrelser: 250ml, 500ml (med og uden riller), 750ml og 1000ml.
Yderdelen leveres i standardfarverne sort, hvid, rød, gul, grøn og blå. Inderdelen er neutral. Kapslen fås i det finrillede design og er godkendt efter ISO 8317.
